Death of Swan River man found injured outside home deemed suspicious
46-year-old man found outside home in western Manitoba town early Thursday morning, RCMP say

The sudden death of a 46-year-old man in western Manitoba has been deemed suspicious, RCMP say.
Police got a report of a sudden death at a home on Crescent Drive in Swan River around 4:05 a.m. Thursday, Mounties said in a news release.
When officers arrived, they found the man outside the home with injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.
RCMP said while the investigation into the man's death is just starting, they do not believe there's a risk to public safety.
Swan River RCMP continue to investigate, with help from major crime and forensic identification services, the release said.
