The Salmon Festival in Grand Falls-Windsor this July will have a true classic-rock vibe, as organizers on Thursday announced the full lineup.
Joining headliner John Fogerty — whose appearance was announced last month — will be Tom Cochrane with Red Rider, Collective Soul, America and The Fables.
The full-day concert will be held July 11, the same day that Rod Stewart will headline a festival in St. John's.
The Salmon Festival, which aimed for a younger demographic last year with headliner Maroon 5, wound up losing money.
Festival chair Darren Finn, a councillor with the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, said the festival will "present a day chock-full of classic rock music."
Tickets for the festival go on sale April 17. Ticket prices have not yet been announced.
