Police investigating theft of shotguns from Queens County lawn and garden store

Police in P.E.I. are asking for the public’s help to solve a break-in and theft of guns from a store in North Rustico late last week.

Police in P.E.I. are asking for the public's help to solve a break-in and theft of guns from a store in North Rustico late last week. 

Queens District RCMP said in a news release that officers responded to a report of an alarm at North Shore Lawn and Garden just before 3:30 a.m. on June 20. 

When police arrived, they discovered someone broke into the business and stole multiple shotguns. 

The release notes that the firearms stolen were Federation, Stevens/J. Stevens and Charles Daly brands.
