John Strang back in Regina court, accused of killing wife Lisa Strang

John Strang is accused of killing his wife, Lisa Strang, in their home in McLean, Sask., earlier this month.

The appearance comes just one day before his wife Lisa's memorial

The man charged with killing his wife in McLean, Sask., made a brief video appearance in a Regina courtroom this morning. 

John Strang is charged with first degree murder in relation to Lisa Strang's death.

Her body was found in their home on Aug. 1. Police named Strang as a suspect shortly afterward. 

Today's appearance comes just a day before Lisa Strang's memorial service in Regina. 

He will be back in court on Aug. 28.
