Cyclist dies in Milton days after being struck by driver, Halton police say

Police say the 24-year-old cyclist was struck around 11:20 p.m. on Friday on the James Snow Parkway, near Main Street E.

A cyclist has died days after being struck by a driver in Milton, Halton police say.

Police say the 24-year-old cyclist was struck around 11:20 p.m. on Friday on the James Snow Parkway, near Main Street E.

The 71-year-old driver of a Toyota RAV4 remained at the scene, police said in a news release.

As of Wednesday, Halton police said the investigation is ongoing and they're appealing for anyone with information or dash cam footage to come forward.
