Network outage at Pearson Airport causes delays for passengers Thursday, airport says
Outage resolved just before 7 a.m., wait times and operations now back to normal

Wait times have returned to normal in both terminals at Toronto's Pearson International Airport after a network outage caused delays for some passengers Thursday morning, the airport says.
The outage impacted some airport operations and led to "longer-than-usual" lines through the morning, the airport said in a post to X at around 6 a.m.
In another post, the airport says the outage was resolved just before 7 a.m., but passengers could still expect "longer-than-usual" lines through the morning. A later update from the airport said wait times for passengers have since returned to normal.
The airport's website shows a few flights have been delayed as of 9:30 a.m. Thursday, but the majority of flights were still scheduled to depart on time.
