2 men found dead in Scarborough home, Toronto police say

Two men were found dead in a Scarborough home on Wednesday evening, Toronto police say.

Police say men were 62 and 67 years old, police said on Thursday

Two men were found dead in a Scarborough home on Wednesday evening, Toronto police say.

Police said they were called to a home in the area of Birchmount and Chelwood roads, south of Eglinton Avenue E., at about 6:30 p.m. for a well-being check. 

Inside, they found a 62-year-old man and a 67-year-old man dead. Both men lived in the home, according to police. 

Police said the deaths are considered suspicious. They declined to comment on the relationship between the two victims.

Investigators are waiting for autopsy results from the coroner's office, police said. 

There is no threat to public safety, police added. Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate.
