Stolen puppy returned to owner but Windsor police still searching for thieves
Police say they have arrested one of the suspects but two more are at large

Windsor police say a four-month-old French bulldog is back home with his owner after being stolen by armed thieves on Sunday.
But they say they are still on the hunt for two people who stole the puppy, named Rustin, and threatened his teenage owner.
The 15-year-old girl was walking the dog early Sunday morning when she was approached by two men and one woman police said in a news release issued Monday.
The thieves threatened the girl with bear spray, then grabbed the dog and ran away.
The Windsor Police Service arrested a 15-year-old girl on Wells Street later Sunday.
She has been charged with robbery and assault with a weapon, police said.
They have identified one of the remaining suspects and have requested a warrant for his arrest, they said.
The other suspect is described as a white male with a moustache, possibly named "Ethan."
He was wearing a red hooded sweater and jeans at the time of the incident.
They are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the major crimes unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4830. People can also contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS) or http://catchcrooks.com.
