Volunteers key to helping feed hungry people in Waterloo region

The Food Bank of Waterloo Region has seen demand for its services rise in the past year. Interim CEO Kim Wilhelm says they could never meet the need without the help of a large network of volunteers. She says there are many opportunities for people to help out in various aspects of the organization.
