The future of the former Bay department store in downtown Vancouver is in question once again. After mall owner Ruby Liu acquired three leases to former Bay properties in BC. Liu has bid for more than two-dozen other properties across Canada, although the specific locations haven't been made public. Vancouver City Councilor Mike Klassen says the city is still waiting to see the pitches for the location.
