Montreal mural honours Hugo Houle, the first Quebecer to win a stage in Tour de France
The mural is located on a roof in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough and pays tribute to Houle’s 2022 Tour de France stage win. It also commemorates Houle’s late brother, who died in a tragic accident.
