Winnipeg officer accused of taking intimate photo of dead woman, drug trafficking
After a 16-month investigation, Winnipeg police have arrested a 22-year member of its force for a second time. Const. Elston Bostock, who now faces 18 charges, is accused of drug trafficking and taking an intimate photo of a deceased woman.
