One man is in critical condition and another was taken to hospital with minor injuries after an incident that involved an apparent stabbing, early Sunday morning in Vancouver.
The incident took place just before 3 a.m. PT in a high-rise apartment building at Abbott St. and Expo Boulevard, kitty-corner from Rogers Arena.

The victim in critical condition was rushed to hospital in the B.C. Ambulance Service's Advanced Life Support unit, after he was wheeled out of the building by a crew of paramedics.
The second injured man was able to limp to a waiting ambulance with the help of a paramedic.
Vancouver Police declined to answer any questions at the scene of the incident, but officers took one woman away in handcuffs.
It's unclear if that arrest is directly related to the violent incident, and the suspect kept repeating, "Why are you arresting me? I didn't do anything!"
Several people could be seen in the apartment building lobby speaking with officers and filling out witness statements.
At one point a group of people — some covering their faces — were escorted into a waiting van and taken away by police.
