Halton police are trying to find a grey Honda Civic after a shooting that killed a man in a Mandarin restaurant parking lot in Burlington on Tuesday.

Halton police are trying to find a grey Honda Civic after a shooting that killed a man in a Mandarin restaurant parking lot in Burlington on Tuesday.

Police say Oakville, Ont., resident Craig McIlquham, 55, also known as Craig Brown, was shot in the parking lot of the Mandarin Restaurant on Fairview Street, near Brant Street, at around 8:30 p.m.

In a news release Wednesday evening, police said investigators are looking to identify the occupants and vehicle, which is described as a grey, newer model Honda Civic with dark tinted windows and black alloy rims.

Police said they believe this was "a targeted incident" and there is no known risk to public safety.

They are asking anyone who may have dash camera footage of Fairview Street and Brant Street between the hours of 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday to contact them.
