Weekend fatal fire at Cambridge motel deemed to be accidental
A 53-year-old man died in a fire at a motel in Cambridge Sunday morning. Police say the cause of the fire has been deemed accidental.

A 53-year-old man is dead after a fire at a Cambridge motel Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the motel on Hespeler Road around 9:45 a.m. for reports of a fire in a room. The motel was cleared and Cambridge firefighters put out the blaze.
A 53-year-old man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the cause of the fire has been deemed accidental.
The investigation is ongoing with the Ontario Fire Marshal.
