Teen, 16, last seen in RM of Reynolds found safe: RCMP

A 16-year-old girl who went missing from the Rural Municipality of Reynolds early Monday morning has been found safe, RCMP say.

A 16-year-old girl who went missing from the Rural Municipality of Reynolds early Monday morning has been found safe, RCMP say. 

The teen had been last seen at a home in the RM, which is about 90 kilometres east of Winnipeg, at around 12:45 a.m. Monday.

The 16-year-old was reported missing to police at around 2 a.m., RCMP said in a news release. 

In an update just before 2 p.m., police said the teen was found safe. 

CBC News has removed the teen's name and photo to protect her identity now that she has been found.
