Search continues for 2nd snowmobiler who fell through ice in Quebec's Côte-Nord
A man's body was recovered from the river on Monday, search continues for 2nd man

The Sûreté du Québec is continuing its search on Tuesday for a missing snowmobiler who fell through the ice and into the waters of the Mingan River in Quebec's Côte-Nord region on Saturday night, alongside another man.
SQ spokesperson Sgt. Hughes Beaulieu said the two men, aged 59 and 34, were riding on one snowmobile and were attempting to cross the river when the ice gave way.
On Monday, police divers recovered the body of a man from the river.
Beaulieu said the coroner's office has been tasked with identifying the victim.
Tuesday's search, according to police, involves the use of a drone and thermal detection technologies.
While the two men involved in the accident have not been publicly identified, they are believed to be members of the Innu community of Ekuanitshit, located on the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
In a post on X Sunday evening, Ian Lafrenière, Quebec's minister responsible for relations with First Nations and Inuit, offered his sympathies to the grieving community and his support to the chief of Ekuanitshit, Jean-Charles Piétacho.
