A motorcyclist died in a collision on a rural road southeast of Chesterville, Ont., on Friday night, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
The 40-year-old man collided with an all-terrain vehicle parked on County Road 11, about 60 kilometres southeast of Ottawa, OPP said in a statement Saturday.
OPP officers from the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry detachment responded to an emergency call just after 10 p.m. Friday.
A passerby performed CPR on the man until Cornwall-SDG paramedics arrived and attempted to resuscitate him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man had staying in the North Grenville area, according to the news release, which did not identify him. His family has been notified.
An investigation is ongoing.
