Regina police lay 1st-degree murder charge in city's 2nd homicide of the year
James Dubois, 36, charged with killing Christopher Seaton, 42

Regina police say a 36-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of a man on the city's east side.
Police say officers and paramedics responded just after midnight CST on Thursday morning to a call about an injured man at a home on the 400 block of East College Avenue, blocks away from Miller Comprehensive High School.
Officers found 42-year-old Christopher Seaton injured at the scene and attempted life-saving measures. Paramedics declared him dead at the scene.
Police say investigation by the major crimes and forensic units, along with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, determined the death was a homicide, the city's second of the year.
Regina police, including SWAT and canine units, arrested 36-year-old Regina man James Dubois in Davidson on Thursday. He was charged with first-degree murder.
Dubois was scheduled to make his first court appearance on Friday in Regina's provincial court.
