Suspect charged with 2nd-degree murder in 53-year-old Saskatoon woman's death

A 32-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder in Saskatoon's sixth homicide of the year.

A 32-year-old Saskatoon man is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the city's sixth homicide of the year.

Fabian Genaille-Roberts appeared in provincial court Tuesday.

He's accused of killing 53-year-old Crystal Dreaver in a bungalow at 701 Weldon Avenue.

Police responded to the house at 1:25 a.m. CST Monday after reports of a disturbance. Officers found Dreaver dead inside the house.

Genaille-Roberts was arrested at the scene. He is scheduled to be back in court July 8.
