A Mississauga man has been arrested and charged after allegedly sexually assaulting two women and trying to pull a teen girl into his vehicle, Peel Regional Police say.

Rick Junior Arson, 26, was a stranger to the alleged victims in all three incidents, which took place over the last eight months in the Malton area, police said in a news release Monday.

They say the first incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2024, when the accused allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in her 30s after following her on his bicycle in the area of Monica Drive.

They say the second incident occurred around 5 a.m. on March 24, 2025, when the accused allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in her 30s after following her in a black sedan in the area of Redstone Road and Homeside Gardens.

The third incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on April 2, when the accused allegedly tried to pull a teen girl into his black sedan in the area of Redstone Road and Netherwood Road, police say.

Police say they arrested Arson on April 4 and charged him with two counts of sexual assault, one count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, one count of kidnapping with the intent to cause a person to be confined or imprisoned and one count of assault.

Arson has appeared in court in Brampton, police say, and was remanded in custody.

According to Peel police, Arson has previously been convicted of and is awaiting sentencing for similar offences in Timmins, Ont., in April 2023.

Court documents show Arson was convicted of one count each of sexual assault and forcible confinement, and acquitted of a charge of uttering threats.

The documents show Arson is set to appear in a Timmins court on June 2 to set the date for his sentencing.
