Toronto police are investigating after at least eight bullets were fired into the window of a Chinese restaurant in the Annex area on Tuesday night.

No injuries reported, police say

Toronto police are investigating after at least eight bullets were fired into the window of a Chinese restaurant in the Annex area.

Police said they were called to Mimi Chinese, at Bedford and Davenport roads, around 11:24 p.m. on Tuesday night for reports of a shooting.

Nobody was injured, police confirmed. The restaurant was closed at the time.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area or who may have information to contact them.
