Hwy. 401 reopens after jackknifed tanker truck leads closure in Lakeshore

Ontario Provincial Police say Highway 401, which was closed at the County Road 31 overpass in Stoney Point due to a collision investigation, reopened on Thursday evening.
The highway was closed in both directions on Thursday afternoon.
A photograph posted to the West Region OPP Facebook page shows a jackknifed tanker truck crashed through the guard rail at the edge of the road.
OPP said on social media that the highway was reopened as of 6:20 p.m.
