Two women injured after being struck by vehicle in Windsor
The intersection of Tecumseh Rd. E. and Princess Ave. was closed for around 3 hours

Windsor police say a vehicle struck two pedestrians at the corner of Tecumseh Road East and Princess Avenue on Thursday, sending one to hospital with what were initially believed to be life-threatening injuries.
Police now say the woman's injuries are not life-threatening.
The second pedestrian also sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to a news release Windsor Police Service issued Friday morning.
A vehicle travelling northbound on Princess Avenue attempted to turn right onto Tecumseh Road East and struck the two women as they were crossing at a crosswalk.
The motorist remained at the scene following the collision, police said.
The area was closed for several hours while members of the Windsor police collision reconstruction unit examined the scene.
They are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has information or video footage of the incident to contact their traffic enforcement unit at 519-945-9645 ext. 7032, or Crime Stoppers.
