Winnipeg man, 26, dead in North End homicide

The death of a 26-year-old man found suffering from severe injuries in Winnipeg's North End this week is being investigated as a homicide.
Breydon Henry Cadieux-Kwiatkowski was found unresponsive in the area of Boyd Avenue, between Parr and McGregor Streets, on Tuesday at about 7 p.m., according to a Winnipeg police news release on Friday.
He was suffering "severe trauma" when emergency crews arrived and provided care before transporting him to hospital in critical condition. He has since died of his injuries.
The homicide unit continues to investigate.
